Graphic Artwork by Terry Hancock
Artwork I created for my "Rocket Science 101" teaching manga concept.
Some creature concepts I created in the late 1980 for 'Light Time'.
"Tlalaani" scribe making a string of phonetic beads for ceremonial uses (ink with pencil coloring).
A "Spartan" ranger on a nature preserve on the Spartan homeworld. This is one of a very few acrylic paintings, and the only one I show anyone.
Rather silly set of anime-like drawings I made a few years ago. I was tinkering
with character style ideas for a game:

My introductory python tutorial inspired the cover art for an issue of Python Magazine in 2008
I have associated colors with numbers and letters since childhood. I only recently
found out that this is considered a form of "synesthesia". I made the chart to show the color associations
that I make. The color spots in between the numbers and letters show my childhood home phone number by
color association only. I didn't think this really counted, because I don't literally "see" these colors
when I see the numbers and letters -- it's just that there is an unconscious association between them,
much like the association between letters and sounds which we call "phonetics".
